Yes, our legal team will be happy to prepare, initiate and execute the appropriate paperwork in the county where your property is located. We will also appear on your behalf in court and subsequent removal of the tenant who's not paid their rent or violated their lease.

Tri-State Rental Properties does not charge setup, initiation, or termination fees. We charge a flat 8% of the gross rents.
