At 17409 133rd Ave. N.E., HAL Real Estate, MainStreet Property Group, architect GGLO and GenCap Construction then completed that midrise apartment complex, with its 264 units and nearly 45,000 square feet of restaurant and retail space — including the preserved old school building itself.
